Job summary

Kroll in the UAE seeks a Vice President to lead the Financial Services Compliance & Regulation practice. You will advise banks, asset managers, and other regulated institutions on regulatory, risk, governance, compliance, and financial crime matters, and you will supervise complex engagements.

You will mentor junior professionals, drive business development, and help expand Kroll's regulatory advisory footprint across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in regulator, financial institution, consulting firm, or professional services.
• Experience leading regulatory, compliance, risk management, or financial crime advisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking and financial services regulations.
• Experience with Big 4 or leading advisory firms desirable.
