Kroll is seeking a Vice President to join their Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice in the UAE. This role involves assisting regulated financial institutions by delivering compliance services, including acting as an outsourced Compliance Officer and managing licensing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of compliance experience within a regulator, financial institution or consulting firm.
• Experience as a Compliance Officer or MLRO for a DFSA or FSRA regulated firm is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in internal audit roles with exposure to testing controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undertake risk-based reviews identifying control failings.
• Provide advisory support to clients.
• Draft reports for firms and international regulators.
• Prepare pitch documents and proposals.
• Act as outsourced Compliance Officer for regulated clients.
• Conduct compliance audits and gap assessments.
