Job summary

RAKBANK in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insight and drive performance across Retail Banking. You will partner with senior leaders to develop plans, monitor results and explain variances.

The role involves complex financial modelling, governance, and mentoring a finance team, with a focus on growth, cost optimization and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a finance business partnering role within banking or financial services, UAE market experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and Retail Banking products.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnering: Provide financial insight and recommendations across Retail Banking.
• Planning and performance: Develop financial strategies, plans, budgets and targets; monitor performance.
• Reporting and analysis: Manage monthly accounting, reporting, and P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance.
