Job Description

The role holder will be :

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products that impact business outcomes.
• A core member of the client digital unit, responsible for decisions and outcomes related to digital products, shaping and implementing solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Leading agile teams to develop solutions addressing significant business challenges and opportunities, fostering creativity and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage a backlog of work for a product team, focusing on outcomes.
• Manage deliverables and capabilities, including testing, learning, performance measurement, and roadmap adjustments.
• Translate business strategies into actionable work, aligning team goals with organizational vision, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the end-user, understanding and anticipating customer needs, and ensuring product quality and acceptance criteria are met.
• Set objectives and KPIs to optimize value delivery.
• Provide feedback, clarify requirements, and remove impediments to progress.
• Share best practices and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment promoting collaboration and self-organization.
• Operate within organizational policies and governance frameworks, with decision-making authority as per the authorization matrix.
