Job summary

Ladd & Co. is recruiting a Vice President for its M&A practice. The VP leads transaction execution end-to-end, manages diligence streams, negotiates commercial and structural terms, and acts as the day-to-day contact for clients and counterparties.

The role requires genuine deal judgement and credibility to operate at principal level on the client side. Cross-border fluency is expected, with the firm working remotely across nine cities.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years' relevant experience including substantive transaction leadership.
• Established credibility with clients, counterparties, and counsel.
• Track record of independent execution on complex matters.
• Cross-border fluency expected.
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution end-to-end and manage diligence streams.
• Negotiate commercial and structural terms.
• Supervise junior team members and mentor.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and counterparties.
