Job Title: Corporate Finance & M&A – Renewable Energy

Location: UAE / GCC / South Africa preferred (relocation considered within budget)

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

Job Description:

I’m hiring on behalf of a fast-growing renewable energy firm with active projects across emerging markets. We’re looking for a Corporate Finance & M&A professional to join the team in a commercially strategic role.

You’ll be leading transactions from origination to close, with a strong focus on project finance, debt structuring, and M&A. This role works closely with senior leadership and offers the chance to have a tangible impact from day one.

Key Requirements:

• Renewable energy experience is essential – candidates must have direct sector experience (banking or industrial background both considered)
• Proven track record in executing deals end-to-end, including capital raising and debt structuring
• Experience in project finance and/or M&A – both preferred, but deep expertise in one is acceptable
• Exposure to GCC and/or South African markets highly desirable
• Experience working with or within European markets is a strong plus
• Able to operate autonomously at a mid to senior level, contributing strategically across the business
