Job summary

Rakbank seeks an Associate Vice President & Solution Architect to drive the bank's architectural vision and lead end-to-end core banking design using Finacle. You will translate business, product, and regulatory needs into robust, scalable solutions while aligning with enterprise architecture principles in a UAE context.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders across channels, risk, and data, and define implementation roadmaps for upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/CS/IT required.
• 10+ years in core banking technology and architecture.
• Finacle platform experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/regional banking practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement core banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor solution architects, guiding architecture and design practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Design and develop core banking solutions with Finacle customization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking best practices in UAE.
• Stay updated on core banking trends and enterprise architecture.
• Perform architecture reviews and provide performance improvements.
• Work with development teams for efficient delivery of solutions.
• Document architectural decisions for stakeholders.
• Support project planning and provide estimates for architecture efforts.
