First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a VP for Client Service Engineering to reimagine client journeys, drive end-to-end process improvement, and lead automation initiatives across CX, risk, and operations.

Reporting to the Head of GCOO, you will guide a small team of analysts, partner with business lines, technology, governance, and risk to deliver scalable service priorities and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading end-to-end client service engineering and transformation in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
• 10–15 years in financial services, consultancy or executive roles with transformation focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client service engineering initiatives and transformation programs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable service journeys.
• Drive process optimization, automation and AI pilot initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and governance bodies.
• Manage a small team of analysts and influence across business lines and technology.
