Job summary

The VP Centralized Payments at Mashreq will oversee payments to external vendors for Mashreqbank Group entities including Mashreqbank, Osool, Injaz, MIT, Mashreq Securities, Mashreq Capital, Mashreq Al Islami Finance, with overseas branches in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.

Lead end-to-end accounting for payments in Oracle Financials (AP, FA, GL), ensure compliance with UAE regulations, manage staff costs, and drive automation of payment processes while partnering with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory with 15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payments to external vendors for Mashreqbank Group and overseas branches.
• Lead accounting for payments in Oracle Financials (AP, FA, GL) and HR/payroll systems.
• Drive automation and process improvements in centralized payments and reconciliation.
