Job summary

Coopman Search & Selection | B Corp™ in Dublin is partnering with a leading aviation finance platform to appoint a Vice President – Aviation Investments. You will lead complex aircraft financing transactions and support investment decisions across a global aviation portfolio.

Working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will develop financial models, prepare investment committee papers, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or related investment field.
• Strong understanding of aviation leasing economics and financing structures.
• Experience leading evaluations, pricing, and underwriting.
• Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation, pricing, and structuring of aviation financing transactions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for underwriting and portfolio management.
• Prepare investment committee papers and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across origination, risk, and legal.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement of analytics.
