Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking an Associate Director in Project & Sustainable Finance within the APF team to support origination and execution of transactions across CIB and FIG sectors, coordinating with coverage teams and product partners.

The role involves developing understanding of airlines, lessors, EPCs, and other aviation financiers to identify asset financing opportunities aligned with FAB's client and credit appetite, while contributing to ESG initiatives and capital structure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Finance (PF) and Aviation Finance.
• Good knowledge of Global and Regional Aviation and PF sector.
• Understanding of PF structures, typical participants, assessment tools, and PF markets.

Responsibilities

• Support APF origination, structuring and execution across FAB clients globally.
• Help develop Aviation Industry and Project Finance strategies.
• Provide ESG updates and monitor ESG developments for loans.
• Prepare projections, cash flow models and sensitivities.
• Review financing and security documentation for credit compliance.
• Maintain pricing details for all APF transactions.
