Our client is a leading financial institution in the region who is looking to hire a VP- Asset and Property management to join their growing team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end asset and facilities management for a prominent financial institution. This role involves managing the performance of real estate assets, facility services, service providers, and compliance standards to ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee property, facilities, and asset management functions across all sites.
2. Lead vendor performance management and ensure service level excellence.
3. Manage annual budgets, capital works, and operational expenditure.
4. Drive preventive maintenance, fire/life safety compliance, and energy optimization.
5. Coordinate lease agreements, space planning, and internal stakeholder requirements.
6. Supervise property upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure enhancement projects.
7. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and insurance standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electromechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in asset/facilities management within large-scale operations.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor ecosystems, and local regulations.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
