Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within TFG.
- Manage vendor rebate and claim tracking.
- Monitor Daily Sales Team Calendar and Meetings.
- Track Daily Sales Orders and identify Red Flags.
- Publish weekly sales achievements to People Managers.
- Publish weekly stock and aging achievements.
- Manage monthly Price List and Sales Promotions (Focus / Aging / Vendor Program).
- Coordinate monthly partner mailing of Product List.
- Collaborate with PM and Finance for vendor claims, claims aging, POE / POC capture, etc.
2. Sales Data and Analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within performance reports.
- Analyze Volume Team quarterly, half-yearly, and annual KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement automation using CRM and PRM tools (e.g., workflows, approvals).
- Collect channel-related business data.
- Provide prompt responses and meet SLAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, PM, Purchase) to ensure successful SLA execution of volume orders.
- Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and document minutes (MoMs).
Requirements:
- Highly driven, accountable Business Operations Executive with a collaborative mindset and success orientation.
- Bold yet consultative approach, capable of engaging remote and cross-time zone teams across ME and Africa.
- No preference on gender, age, or physical disability unless it impedes role deliverables.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Sales/Channel Operations Management.
- Preferably from inside sales experience in large product-related telesales.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in analysis, communication, and presentation, particularly using MS Office (including Excel) and database tools.
- Language: Professional fluency in both verbal and written English.
