Job summary

Fortes Education in the UAE is seeking an ambitious Volleyball Lead Coach to drive the development of our volleyball programme from upper primary through to Sixth Form. This performance-focused role aims to build elite squads, sharpen technical ability, and secure success in school leagues and external competitions.

Working with the Director of Sport and Head of PE, you will own the performance pathway, plan sessions, coordinate fixtures, and mentor junior coaches while promoting high standards

Qualifications

• FIVB Level 2 volleyball certification required.
• Proven track record coaching high-performing school/team programs.
• Background as elite level player or coach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver high-quality training sessions including after-school squads.
• Lead school volleyball in collaboration with PE staff and curriculum alignment.
• Select/manage squads for local and international competitions.
