Job summary

EDGE ADVANCED CONCEPTS in Abu Dhabi is seeking a cybersecurity operations professional to monitor security events, detect incidents, and respond in high-security environments. You will analyze threat patterns, correlate data across logs, and support remediation efforts while maintaining audit-ready records.

The role requires 3–5 years in SOC/IR, hands-on SIEM/EDR experience, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and familiarity with NIST 800-53/800-171.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in cybersecurity operations, SOC, or incident response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and log analysis.
• Experience in classified or high-security environments preferred.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and incident response lifecycle.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security tools.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and patch management.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-171.
• Certifications: Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISSP (preferred).
