Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain all in-store visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines.
• Re-merchandise key store areas during seasonal launches and new theme installations.
• Coordinate window displays and promotional theme changes to ensure strong brand identity.
• Develop and adapt floor plans to optimize visual impact and support sales performance.
• Ensure POS materials and promotional graphics are installed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain high presentation standards across store windows and internal display areas.
• Document promotional and merchandising activities with photographic records.
• Conduct daily store walks to monitor compliance with VM checklists and action plans.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers, Sales Managers, and Senior Visual Merchandisers.
• Participate in regular VM meetings and conference calls to align with corporate updates.
• Engage proactively with cross-cultural teams and respond positively to feedback.
