We are looking for a creative, structured and energetic Instore Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the store windows and interiors assigned based on the VM Guidelines, creative inputs defined by the local customer needs shared by the Boutique Management.

Job Responsibilities

Based in Dior Boutique in Abu Dhabi, your main responsibilities will be to:

  1. Prepare new arrivals / products, working closely with the Boutique Management and VM Team.
  2. Implement product newness and maintain the VM Displays daily in the Boutique accordingly to the VM Guidelines, taking into consideration the allocation and product availability.
  3. Being the Image Stake Holder for our beautiful Boutique in Abu Dhabi.
  4. Train the Boutique Team on the importance of adhering to VM Guidelines and presenting new Collection Launches to Boutique Team.
  5. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Boutique Team, to understand the local business needs and push the sales even further.
  6. Adjust the displays if needed accordingly.
  7. Support the Marketing Team by setting up the Boutique for special instore events.
  8. Create photo reports, competitor checks and presentations for HQ.
  9. Maintain a well-organized VM prop storage.
