Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our fashion retail team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for fashion, and the ability to create visually appealing and commercially effective in-store displays. A valid UAE driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel between store locations.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute seasonal displays, product layouts, window installations, and POS materials.
• Work closely with store and area managers to ensure merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with sales objectives.
• Monitor store performance and customer feedback to adjust visual presentations as needed.
• Coordinate with marketing and buying teams to support campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions.
• Regularly travel across assigned stores to maintain merchandising standards.
• Train store staff on visual standards and proper product placement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in fashion and visual merchandising.

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong creative and design skills with an understanding of color, lighting, and space planning.
