Qualifications

• Ensure visual and verbal uniformity across all materials.
• Advise on best practices in data visualization and design strategy.

About the Role

As a key member of our design and innovation team, you will work with consultants, AI engineers, and developers to transform complex financial, strategic, and capital markets topics into sophisticated, consistent, and engaging materials. You will support innovation in AI-powered solutions for next-generation presentation and document creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create slides and graphics for client and internal presentations
• Visualize finance and strategy data to Iridium’s standards for brand consistency
• Ensure visual and verbal uniformity across all materials
• Advise on best practices in data visualization and design strategy
• Explore new business design and AI-driven creative tools
• Develop and maintain presentation templates and visual asset libraries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or Graphic Design
• 5+ years in business design (consulting or financial services preferred)

Experience & Skills

• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Experience in AI-powered design and document automation
• Familiarity with financial or corporate strategy topics
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Passion for emerging technologies, experimentation, and continuous learning

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with leading consulting (MBB) or financial services firms
• Exposure to investor relations, equity research, or asset management
