Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user-centered design solutions across digital products. You will conduct user research, analyze feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of UI/UX experience, a Bachelor's in design, and hands-on experience with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Suite. You will contribute to design systems and drive rapid prototyping within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments in a multinational organization.
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Experience with user research, usability testing and rapid prototyping.

• The senior UI/UX Designers role involves conducting extensive research analyzing user feedback and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for this role:

• Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence
• Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite Figma Sketch or other tools for product design.
• Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of Agile software development process

Previous experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
• Bachelors degree in design or equivalent area
• Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
• Experience with design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience with conducting user research usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
