Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead your team to drive business performance through coaching, observation, and training. Proactively manage the physical and virtual sales floor to meet customer needs for both external and internal customers.
  • Proactively support the customer to utilize the channel most appropriate to support their needs.
  • Supervise Financial Planning Managers, VPRMs and Outbound Insurance teams to develop and manage long term relationships with Premier Customers in their portfolios.
  • Increase customer retention, customer portfolios and share of wallet.
  • Ensure that PRMs proactively manage their individual sales funnels and achieve individual sales and referral targets
  • Build a strong sense of teamwork in order to meet and exceed sales and referral targets.
  • Work with subject matter experts (wealth, Offshore, Mortgage, etc.) to provide input on specific areas of sales coaching and development needed by individual PRMs.
  • Assist the Virtual Premier Centre Manager in building and maintaining a strong bench of experienced sales & service people through recruitment, induction and retention of top performers
