Roles and Responsibilities :
Accounting & Reporting Oversight
Take ownership of pending reconciliations and help bring books up to date.
Ensure due processes are setup for inter-company accounting
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Ensure compliance with local reporting standards
Review financial statements and management reports
Financial Leadership & Strategy
Set financial strategy aligned with business goals and operations
Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, risks, and opportunities
Oversee capital allocation, funding strategies, and investment decisions
Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency
Provide necessary guidance to the Accounting team, on an ongoing basis
Review detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Monitor profitability by business unit and product line
Lead scenario modeling to support strategic decisions
Establish KPIs and dashboards for financial visibility
Controls & Compliance
Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies
Conduct periodic financial risk assessments
Oversee Zoho Books setup, and optimise for better controls
Requirements
Qualifications :
CA, or equivalent professional qualification required
15–25 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
Utilize Zoho Books effectively to manage reports, reconciliations, and overall financial accuracy
Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive performance
