Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar VIP or luxury hospitality role.
Principal Accountabilities
- Greet and welcome VIP guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in an upscale manner, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the menu and wine list.
- Build rapport with regular guests and anticipate their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and clean service area, ensuring everything is in place for the best guest experience.
- Handle special requests and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill VIP orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure any issues are resolved quickly and discretely.
- Uphold the standards of the venue and contribute to a positive, luxurious atmosphere.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation during service.
