Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Laundry Supervisor for the Dubai Festival City complex. The role oversees linen room standards, manages shifts, distributes keys, and coordinates with Housekeeping to meet guest needs. You will ensure timely processing of linens, maintain inventory, and lead quality inspections.

The ideal candidate has a good command of English, experience in a luxury hotel, and budget awareness. Flexibility in shifts and a passion for service complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of budget (PNL).
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (5* hotel).

Responsibilities

• Oversees linen room standards and procedures.
• Manages shift openings/closings and handovers.
• Liaises with Housekeeping for guest and hotel requirements.
• Ensures staff uniforms and linen are processed and delivered timely.
• Performs quality inspections and inventories.
