The VIP & Institutional team supports high-value clients such as:

  • HFT & proprietary trading firms
  • Hedge funds, asset managers
  • Investment banks, brokers
  • Market makers & fintech institutions

The marketing function’s mission is to elevate brand visibility, grow user engagement, and drive product adoption globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute global VIP & institutional marketing strategy
  • Create impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches
  • Oversee social media presence (X, LinkedIn) and strengthen VIP community engagement
  • Lead offline event planning and collaborate on product marketing materials
  • Drive user retention through lifecycle marketing, SEO, and paid ads
  • Create educational content and sales enablement libraries
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Product, Sales, PR, Legal

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with:
  • A strong product marketing focus
  • Exposure to finance, fintech, or crypto
  • Proven success launching B2B/B2C products for institutional or VIP markets
  • Deep understanding of the digital asset industry and market trends
  • Experience managing social media strategy and campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills; confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities: able to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI
