The Team

Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. The VIP Marketing Team is responsible for elevating the brand s visibility and engagement across global markets by developing strategic marketing campaigns, managing communications, and enhancing user experiences through performance and product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead overall VIP & Institutional marketing planning and execution to solidify Binance s brand visibility as a leader in digital assets for institutional clients and VIP users.
  2. Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches targeting institutional clients and VIP users, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, Legal, PR, etc.
  3. Drive social media growth on X and LinkedIn, managing social strategies, maintaining a refined social calendar, and strengthening VIP community engagement.
  4. Oversee ideation and planning for offline event activations, supporting the development of product marketing materials, agenda creation, and liaising with key stakeholders for flagship events.
  5. Integrate lifecycle marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies into the broader VIP growth strategy to enhance client engagement and drive retention.
  6. Develop educational material and a library of sales enablement material, support PR strategy and requirements.

Requirements

  1. 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing in either the traditional finance and/or crypto industry.
  2. Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and high-impact marketing campaigns targeting institutional users.
  3. Strong understanding of the digital asset space, including products and services tailored to institutional investors, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  5. Experience with social media management and growth strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and building a community.
  6. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to leverage insights from campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and measure ROI.
