Job summary

HYF Medical Center in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Business Development & Events Manager to drive partnerships, lead VIP and international patient initiatives, and oversee high-end events and programs. You will collaborate with Marketing, New Media, Patient Services, and medical teams to expand our premium healthcare offerings.

The role requires strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record in healthcare or luxury services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, events, healthcare or premium services.
Experience in Dubai/UAE market and with VIP/HNW clients is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and patient acquisition.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai/UAE markets and build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, insurers and other partners.
Plan, organize and execute high-end VIP healthcare and wellness events and conferences.
Lead lead generation, client referrals, and patient acquisition initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services and medical teams to ensure premium patient experiences and successful partnerships.
