Job summary

Global Jet Luxembourg is seeking a VIP Flight Operations Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai to serve as the primary liaison between the central 24/7 Operations Control Center and local Middle East clientele. You will ensure VIP flight operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency and discretion while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of international flight planning and coordination.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients, flight crews and OCC.
Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all client and operational matters.

Responsibilities

Act as primary representative in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, ensuring clear, professional communication between clients, flight crews and the OCC.
Plan, coordinate and monitor VIP flight operations from initial request through completion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Supervise coordination of ground handling permits and airport services for punctual flight execution.
Anticipate and proactively resolve operational challenges to ensure continuity and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company procedures and industry standards.
