Job summary

Momentum Corporate Services, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a hands-on VIP Account Executive for the Head of VIP. You will coordinate VIP requests, manage accounts, and ensure accurate VIP data while collaborating with Payments, Risk, CRM, Product, and Compliance teams.

The role is office-based and requires exceptional organisational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle high-value players in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, account support or client services (VIP exposure is a plus).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual Arabic–English communicator capable of managing complex stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of VIP with day-to-day management of VIP accounts.
• Coordinate VIP requests including bonuses, promotions, events, gifts, and bespoke offers.
• Maintain accurate records of VIP activity, preferences, incentives, and communications.
• Assist with VIP reporting, performance tracking, and player segmentation.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless VIP service delivery.
