We are seeking a skilled Vietnamese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Vietnamese cuisine, with the ability to prepare traditional dishes to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
Develop and introduce new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Monitor and control food costs and inventory.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer feedback or concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Vietnamese Chef in a reputable restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
Language: Proficiency in English (Required); knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
