Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vietnamese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Vietnamese cuisine, with the ability to prepare traditional dishes to the highest standards. This role requires creativity, passion, and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
  • Develop and introduce new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory.
  • Collaborate with management on menu planning and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer feedback or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate.

  • Proven experience as a Vietnamese Chef in a reputable restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and cooking techniques.
