As a Technical Support Engineer, your main missions will include:

• Asset Management support
• Prepare technical elements for the TotalEnergies Long Term Plan
• Consolidate and assist in OPCOs production reporting and analysis
• Coordinate weekly tender board reviews
• Coordinate internal approval processes for commercial and non-commercial subjects requested by OPCOs
• Prepare evidence documents for audits
• Support the preparation of HQ dossiers for projects above $80M
• Assist in managing OPCOs' technical and financial approvals (e-Board system)
• Analyze project performance under execution
• Review OPCOs Production Forecast and Business Plan
• Assist in preparing internal budgets and revisions
• Report CO2 emissions of assets
• Develop CO2 emissions reduction action plans

• Asset Lead Support
• Update and track monthly objectives using ADDAMs system
• Assist in bi-monthly and quarterly performance reviews of Asset Lead

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• Engineering degree

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of Oil and Gas environment preferred
• Analytical skills
• Synthesis and presentation skills

Computing skills:

• Proficiency in PackOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level C1
