As a Technical Support Engineer, your main missions will include:

  1. Asset Management Support
  2. Prepare technical elements for the TotalEnergies Long Term Plan
  3. Assist in OPCOs production reporting and analysis
  4. Coordinate weekly tender board reviews
  5. Coordinate internal approval processes for commercial and non-commercial subjects requested by OPCOs
  6. Prepare evidence documents for audits
  7. Support the preparation of HQ dossiers for projects above $80M
  8. Assist in managing OPCOs technical and financial approvals (e-Board system)
  9. Analyze project performance under execution
  10. Review OPCOs Production Forecast and Business Plan
  11. Assist in preparing internal budgets and revisions
  12. Report CO2 emissions of assets
  13. Develop CO2 emissions reduction action plans
  1. Asset Lead Support
  2. Update and track objectives through ADDAMs system
  3. Assist in bi-monthly and quarterly performance reviews

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas environment preferred
  • Analytical skills
  • Synthesis and presentation skills

Computing Skills:

  • Proficiency in PackOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level C1
