Job summary

TotalEnergies UAE is seeking to join the Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi, supporting multiple company entities in the UAE. Accommodation is provided by the affiliate.

You will manage expatriate administration, coordinate mobility matters, assist in recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to HR policy updates and digitalization efforts. You hold a Master’s degree in HR, have initial HR experience (internship/apprenticeship), and possess English at C1 level and French at B2.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative follow-up of expatriates and seconded employees.
• Coordinate expatriate requests and international mobility matters.
• Participate in internal mobility and recruitment activities.
• Handle job postings and candidate screening.
• Conduct phone pre-screenings and HR interviews.
• Prepare shortlists and onboarding.
• Contribute to compensation, job grading, salary structures and internal promotions.

Context amp Environment Directly integrated into the Human Resources team of TotalEnergies UAE Services in Abu Dhabi you will contribute to HR activities covering several Company entities in the United Arab Emirates.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement digitalization and automation of HR processes

You hold at least a Master s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources .

You have a first experience in Human Resources , gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or a first professional position.

Experience in expatriate management, international mobility, internal mobility, or recruitment would be an advantage.

You are proficient in: Excel ; PowerPoint ; Word . Knowledge of Power BI and Canva would be considered an asset. An interest in digital tools, reporting, and HR process automation is also highly valued.

A C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
