Position

As E-commerce Traffic Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to Dior.com in our key markets (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar) and maximizing ROI across all paid digital channels.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Regional Senior E-business Manager and working closely with the Media Manager, partner media agency and client development teams, you'll define and execute performance marketing strategies to accelerate e-commerce growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands‑on campaign management.

Missions
Traffic Acquisition & Strategy
  • Drive E-commerce Growth through holistic acquisition: Define and execute a comprehensive, "always-on" traffic acquisition strategy across paid channels (Search, Social, etc.) as well as organic ones (SEO, referral) with the primary objective of achieving and exceeding ambitious e-commerce sales targets. This includes identifying key growth levers and optimizing user acquisition costs to ensure sustainable e-commerce expansion.
  • Elevate SEO Performance Through Collaborative Optimization: Work strategically with the content team and the agency to continuously monitor and improve SEO performance. Implement strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings for key e-commerce terms, and drive qualified leads through optimized content.
  • Strategically Increase Direct Traffic: Identify and implement innovative opportunities to significantly increase direct traffic to the e-commerce site. This includes partnering with client development team to leverage strategic CRM activations.
  • Maximize Media Efficiency & ROI: In collaboration with the media team, challenge and rigorously optimize media plans to ensure optimal efficiency, return on ad spend (ROAS), and a demonstrable contribution to e-commerce revenue. This involves continuous analysis of campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and driving the agency to innovate and deliver results that directly impact e-commerce success.
  • Strategic Budget Allocation for E-commerce Impact: Partner closely with the Media Manager to monitor media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels, markets, and specific e-commerce product categories. Prioritize investments in channels and campaigns that demonstrably drive qualified traffic, increase conversion rates, and contribute significantly to overall e-commerce profitability, aligning all activities directly with established e-commerce performance goals.
Performance Analysis & Insights
  • Data-Driven Traffic Acquisition Reporting: Regularly track and report on traffic acquisition performance across paid, organic, referral, and direct channels, providing in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying actionable insights to drive e-commerce growth.
  • Deliver Actionable E-commerce Traffic Performance Reviews: Present clear, concise, and data-backed performance reviews to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights into the effectiveness of traffic acquisition in achieving e-commerce objectives. Communicate concrete findings, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking strategies that align with overarching business goals, emphasizing how traffic acquisition directly contributes to the company's bottom line.
  • Champion Agency-Led A / B Testing for E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization: Proactively collaborate with the media team and agency in the design, execution, and analysis of rigorous A / B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and persuasive messaging. This will optimize campaigns to measurably improve traffic quality, enhance on-site engagement, and maximize e-commerce conversion rates.

Profil
Hard Skills
  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker) and campaign management platforms (Google Ad, Meta Ads Manager…).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and relentlessly results-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
