JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Within the Business Planning & Intelligence team, EssilorLuxottica is looking for an intern who will be primarily supporting in data crunching and reporting related to business performance. The person will support the region and coordinate the business agenda across the META region (Middle East, Turkey and Africa), 40+ entities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES :

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Dashboard and template building, retrieving and updating existing reports, new analysis files and other projects depending on the agenda.
• Reconciliation of data across different tools and reports and supporting in BAU processes.
• Liaising with Marketing and Sales teams in the subsidiaries and the Master Data team to maintain, update customer data classification and enhance the data accuracy in the BI Tool.
• Consistently keeping an eye on KPIs and flag inconsistencies, data issues, and alert irregular trends.
• Supporting Transversal projects between Commercial Excellence / Marketing / Operations / Finance

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

• At least 1 / 2 years of experience in business / data analysis, data modelling & reporting
• Hard Skills : Business acumen, good induction logic and accounting basics.
• Educational Background : Engineering / Economics / Analytics / Finance
• Tools : Advanced Excel – Advanced Pivot tables, Power Query (would be appreciated).
• ERP : SAP, Business Objects a plus

LANGUAGES :

Advanced in English, both written and spoken.

Italian or French would represent a plus.
