Job summary

You will shoot on-site across showrooms and projects, edit for social platforms, maintain brand standards, and develop creative concepts with the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Photography or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in photography or videography.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Strong portfolio of real estate, architecture, or luxury lifestyle work.
• Proficient with lighting, cameras, audio, gimbals, and production gear.

About This Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer / Photographer – Content Creator to join our real estate development team.

The role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our real estate developments, properties, projects, lifestyle concepts, construction progress, corporate identity, and brand story across digital and social media channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong photography and videography skills with an understanding of real estate marketing, architectural visuals, social media trends, and storytelling.

What you will do Photography & Videography

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photography and video content for real estate projects and developments.
• Capture properties, interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscapes, construction progress, events, and lifestyle experiences.
• Produce professional property tours, project walkthroughs, reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Conduct on-site shoots across developments, showrooms, offices, and events.
• Work with different lighting conditions and environments to achieve professional results.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, microphones, drones, and other relevant production equipment where applicable.
• Coordinate drone photography/videography in compliance with applicable UAE regulations.

Content Production & Editing

• Edit videos and photographs for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging visual stories from raw footage.
• Apply professional color correction, grading, sound editing, transitions, subtitles, and other post-production techniques.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all content.

Creative Development

• Develop creative concepts for real estate campaigns and project launches.
• Work closely with the Content Manager and Marketing team to translate campaigns and ideas into compelling visual content.
• Stay updated on current social media formats, trends, filming techniques, and real estate content styles.
• Suggest new creative concepts and opportunities to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Brand & Asset Management

• Ensure all visual content follows the company's brand guidelines.
• Maintain an organized library of photographs, videos, raw footage, project assets, and edited content.
• Ensure appropriate file naming, storage, backups, and accessibility of creative assets.

What we are looking forBachelor's degree/diploma in Photography, Film, Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.3–5+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, content creation, preferably within real estate, property development, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle.Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography capabilities.Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, gimbals, and other production equipment.Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.Strong photography editing skills using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent.Experience creating short-form social media content.Understanding of architectural and real estate photography is highly desirable.Ability to work on location and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.Strong creative eye and attention to detail.UAE driving license is an advantage.About us
