Driven Properties is on the lookout for a skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer to join our dynamic marketing team in our Abu Dhabi branch. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how our properties and brand are visually represented across various platforms. You'll be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality video and photo content that captures the essence of our listings and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning videos and photos to showcase property listings, company events, and marketing initiatives that connect with prospective clients and reflect the premium quality of our brand.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content tailored to different campaigns and platforms.
• Edit and enhance video content, transforming raw footage into polished deliverables with seamless transitions, music, voiceovers, graphics, and other creative effects.
• Set up and operate professional camera and lighting equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output in various environments and lighting conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in real estate videography and visual marketing to keep our content fresh and competitive.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Videographer/Photographer, ideally within the real estate industry or a related field such as architecture, hospitality, or interior design.
• Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop. Knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of videography and photography fundamentals, including composition, framing, lighting techniques (natural and artificial), camera operation, and sound editing.
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality content consistently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with drone videography and aerial shots is a significant plus; certification for drone operation is a bonus.
• A professional portfolio showcasing previous videography and photography projects is required as part of the application.
• A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required, as the role involves on-site shoots across various locations in Abu Dhabi.
