• 3–5 years of video production experience in the UAE.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (color grading & editing).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in video editing/workflow, with proven samples in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality commercial videos for diverse products and services across B2B and B2C industries.
• Plan and shoot A-roll, B-roll, interviews, product footage, and drone video.
• Demonstrate strong photography skills across multiple industry verticals.
• Stay on top of social trends, editing styles, AI video tools, motion graphics, and emerging creative formats.
• Conceptualize, write, shoot, produce, and edit high-end corporate long-form videos and trending short-form social media content.
• Produce tailored video collaterals across various portfolios optimized for specific platforms.
• Utilize AI tools for cleanup, enhancement, and creative variations to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Plan video concepts by researching information, analyzing materials, and translating storyboards into commercial video.
• Partner with content creators during shoots to capture planned narratives effectively.
• Maintain rights-safe systems for music, sound effects, and archival footage.

Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content with a strong storytelling focus and ability to leverage AI video tools for efficiency to create high-quality visual content that effectively showcases the products, processes, and services of the Group's brands

The role is highly creative and hands-on — from developing fresh Reel concepts, social-first storytelling, campaign videos and product shoots to experimenting with AI video tools, latest and common editing styles, transitions, formats, and emerging content trends.

This role sits within an in-house creative team working across all Al Marwan brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality commercial videos for diverse products and services across B2B and B2C industries.
• Plan and shoot A-roll, B-roll, interviews, product footage, and drone video.
• Demonstrate strong photography skills across multiple industry verticals.
• Stay on top of social trends, editing styles, AI video tools, motion graphics, and emerging creative formats, and translate them into content that still feels premium and relevant to the heavy equipment industry.
• Conceptualize, write, shoot, produce, and edit high-end corporate long-form videos and trending short-form social media content.
• Produce tailored video collaterals across various portfolios (F&B, Real Estate, Construction, Heavy Equipment, and Automobiles) optimized for specific platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Topaz) for cleanup, enhancement, and creative variations to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Plan video concepts by researching key information, analyzing project materials, and translating storyboards into commercial video.
• Partner with content creators during shoots to capture planned narratives effectively.
• Maintain rights-safe systems for music, sound effects (SFX), and archival footage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of video production experience in the UAE (experience in Motion Vehicles, Real Estate, Hospitality, Heavy Machinery, or Construction is a strong plus).
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (color grading & editing).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in video editing/workflow, with proven samples in the portfolio.
• Proven motion design skills and experience handling both long-form and platform-optimized short-form content.
• Strong narrative skills, including pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience operating drones for videography.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
