Job description

The Role

We are seeking a young, energetic, and versatile Videographer cum Editor to join our creative team. This is a full-spectrum role where you will handle both shooting and editing, turning concepts into polished, high-quality video content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute shoots, setting the right lighting, ambience, and mood for each project.
2. Confidently operate and maintain modern video equipment including gimbals, 360° cameras, podcast gear, and live-streaming setups.
3. Capture and manage professional-grade audio across all productions.
4. Support and lead live-streaming events, social media shoots, podcasts, and hospitality-focused projects.
5. Edit a range of content, from corporate and promotional campaigns to social and event videos.
6. Deliver advanced edits including green screen compositing, colour grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics.
7. Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team, ensuring strong creative alignment at every stage.
8. Manage projects, deadlines, and organized storage of all video assets and files.

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, studio setups, green screen, and ambience creation.
2. Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
3. Hands-on experience with videography tools, audio setups, and motion graphics.
4. Familiarity with AI content creation tools (Runway, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) is a plus.
5. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
7. Professional attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED
