Job Synopsis: Videographer & Content Creator
We are seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a creative professional with a keen eye for high-quality video production storytelling and engaging content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-standard video content that aligns with our brand and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Recording & Production: Capture high-quality live and recorded video content with excellent framing, lighting, and sound.
2. Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos using professional software to ensure a polished and high-end final product.
3. Voice & Audio Quality: Ensure top-tier voice recording and sound quality in all video productions.
4. Creative Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that engage the target audience across various platforms.
5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize video ideas for marketing, education, branding, and social media.
6. Equipment Management: Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing tools.
7. Platform Optimization: Tailor content for different digital platforms ensuring optimal resolution, aspect ratios, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
2. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
3. Strong skills in lighting, camera operation, and sound recording.
4. Ability to capture high-quality voiceovers or enhance voice performance in editing.
5. Creativity in storytelling, scripting, and visual presentation.
6. Experience in social media content production (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
7. Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and post-production techniques is a plus.
