We are seeking a Videographer & Editor who can bring our services and brands to life with creative, social-first content. You will work across MENA Assistance and its affiliated companies, producing video assets that communicate our message with clarity, energy, and impact. Role Overview As a Videographer & Editor (Social Media Focus), you will be responsible for filming, colour grading, and editing engaging content that drives visibility and engagement across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will collaborate directly with the Social Media & Marketing Executive, ensuring every piece of content is not only visually strong but also aligned with brand objectives and optimised for performance. Key Responsibilities Filming & Production

• Capture video content for social media and marketing campaigns (short-form & long-form)
• Film services in action, behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle features, and team culture
• Operate cameras and lighting equipment effectively
• Ensure consistency in visual quality and style across all companies in the group Editing & Post-Production
• Edit, colour correct, and grade video content for multiple platforms
• Produce cut-downs in various formats (9 : 16, 1 : 1, 16 : 9, etc.)
• Add captions, graphics, hooks, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals
• Maintain organised project files, edit templates, and media archives Creative & Marketing Input
• Suggest fresh ideas for campaigns, shoots, and storytelling formats
• Stay up to date on social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats
• Ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand tone Collaboration & Flexibility
• Work directly with the Social Media & Marketing Executive to deliver on briefs
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends if required
• Collaborate with different teams across MENA Assistance and its group companies
• Perform reliably under pressure and consistently meet deadlines Requirements Who You Are
• Residing in the UAE (required)
• A creative videographer / editor with strong marketing awareness
• Proficient in editing software : Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Physically capable and comfortable working on-location and outdoors
• Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
• Flexible, adaptable, and reliable in fast-paced environments
• Organised and deadline-driven, with a passion for producing impactful content Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years in videography & editing, ideally with a social media content focus
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing short-form content for digital platforms
• Experience in automotive, services, or corporate communications is a plus
• Bonus : Motion graphics, drone operation, or photography skills
