A leading company in the contracting field seeks a skilled Videographer & Editor to produce captivating video content for diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling stories that resonate with Arabic-speaking audiences and have a strong portfolio in social media content creation.
Objective of the Role: The Videographer & Editor will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. This role plays a key part in visually communicating our brand and storytelling in a compelling, culturally relevant way—especially to Arabic-speaking audiences. Key Responsibilities: • Film professional video content including interviews, product showcases, events, and behind-the-scenes footage. • Edit videos creatively and efficiently for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan visual concepts and storyboards. • Ensure all video content is culturally appropriate and aligns with brand identity. • Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality standards. • Maintain video equipment and suggest tools or upgrades when needed. • Add Arabic subtitles or narration where needed. • Travel to shoot locations (within Dubai or UAE if needed).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography and editing • Demonstrated portfolio of previous work (Instagram reels, YouTube, promotional videos, etc.) Education: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong) Skills & Competencies: • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and understood); English is a plus • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve) • Strong visual storytelling and editing sense • Familiarity with lighting, sound, and filming techniques • Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently • Creative, detail-oriented, and culturally aware • Knowledge of social media trends and what makes content engaging
