Job description

We're seeking atalented and versatile Videographerto join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that showcases our brand, properties, agents, and community involvement. This role combines technical expertise with creative storytelling to produce videos that perform across social media, websites, and advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Help coordinate video shoots including scheduling, location setup, and lighting/audio setup
• Edit videos with attention to branding, pacing, and audience engagement
• Stay updated with video trends and incorporate fresh ideas into our content
• Occasionally review what’s trending in the market and among our competitors to spark inspiration and elevate our work (no need to deep dive!)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, editing, and visual storytelling
• Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and sound
• A creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Basic motion graphics or animation experience is a plus
• Comfortable shooting in a fast-paced, real estate environment (or willing to learn)
