Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to create high-quality, engaging video content that showcases our exceptional properties, captures the essence of luxury living, and drives client engagement and leads. The Videographer will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
● Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative video concepts and storyboards that effectively highlight property features, lifestyle aspects, and company branding.
● Produce and edit high-quality video content, including social media reels, promotional clips, and brand storytelling videos
● Research trends and audience interests to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
● Manage the content creation process, maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of visuals.
● Analyze content performance and share insights to help refine and improve visual strategies.
● On & Off Location Shoots: Plan and execute video shoots of events / launches / property showcases and internal team roadshows / seminars.
● Conceptualize, plan and execute video shoots for online lead generation with our property consultants, potential client testimonials or team interviews, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition.
● Lead pre-production planning including storyboarding, shot lists, location scouting, and scheduling.
● Capture professional photos, ensuring top-notch composition, lighting, and post-production editing for digital platforms.
● Video Editing and Post-Production: Professionally edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos, incorporating graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance the final product.
● Skilled in video production and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva. Excellent photography skills, with the ability to create striking and professional images.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
● Motion Graphics and Animation: Use tools such as After Effects, Runway ML, Pika, or similar to add dynamic visual layers, effects, and animations.
● Incorporate AI-assisted editing, rotoscoping, and scene enhancement to streamline workflows and elevate visual quality.
● Integrate stop-motion and AI-assisted enhancements to push visual storytelling boundaries and create hyperrealist sequences.
● Version Control and Optimization: Create different video formats and aspect ratios optimized for various online platforms (website, social media, email marketing) and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
● Understand and interpret complex briefs, delivering work that aligns with audience expectations and platform best practices (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall marketing strategy.
● Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
● Collaboration: Work closely within the marketing team, sales agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of video content into marketing campaigns.
● Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest video production techniques, software updates, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
● Archiving and Organization: Maintain an organized library of video footage and project files.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video content.
● Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
● Experience with stop motion techniques and AI-based creative tools (e.g., Sora, Runway ML, Kaiber, Pika, D-ID, etc.)
● Solid understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and sound recording.
● Experience with various camera systems and video equipment.
● Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimization for different platforms.
● Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
