10ix in Dubai is seeking a Video Producer to transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready stories with a strong focus on post-production and video editing. You will collaborate with production staff and editorial teams, manage timelines, adapt content for social platforms, apply motion graphics and sound, and ensure quality, branding and archiving across all videos.

The Video Producer creates compelling, high-quality video content for digital and social platforms, with a strong emphasis on post-production and video editing.
Working closely with production staff and the editorial team, this technical and creative role transforms raw footage into polished, platform‑ready stories that reflect the organisation’s editorial and creative vision.
Key responsibilities include:
Leads the editing process from raw footage to final delivery, including footage selection, narrative structuring, sound design and mixing, colour correction, graphics, subtitles, transitions and final mastering.
Supports all stages of production, including concept development, pre‑production planning and filming, while maintaining a primary focus on post‑production.
Adapts and reformats content for different digital platforms, including vertical, square and horizontal outputs, while applying platform‑specific editing styles and audience‑retention techniques.
Incorporates motion graphics, text treatments, branding elements, music and other creative assets to enhance the quality and impact of each video.
Ensures all completed videos meet editorial, technical and brand standards, including accuracy, audio quality, visual consistency, formatting and export specifications.
Manages multiple edits and deadlines, contributing to a fast, organised and reliable production workflow without compromising quality.
Collaborates with department heads, editorial desks and other stakeholders to ensure each video supports the intended creative direction and editorial objective.
Develops and follows structured systems for file management, project organisation, footage storage, backups and long‑term archiving.
Ensures that production and post‑production equipment is available, properly maintained and in good working condition.
