Role Description

The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling.

• adding motion graphics or visual effects as needed

The Video Editor collaborates closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to align video content with creative briefs and brand guidelines, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality assets. The role also involves organizing media libraries, maintaining project files, and contributing creative ideas to improve visual communication and overall content quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including managing footage from concept to final export.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality across all video projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual enhancements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) is preferred.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media, and web platforms, with an understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse video work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment on-site in Dubai.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a creative agency or tech environment is an advantage.
