This is a remote-first role, preferred candidates to be based in Europe or MENA. No relocation or on-site presence in Dubai is required. Availability during Dubai business hours.

What you’ll be doing

• Create ~5 performance video ads per week optimized for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Create 4 video testimonials, social media posts a month - anything video-related.
• Create motion design materials for our website (maybe once a month or two)
• Work from creative briefs (visual references, scene descriptions, footage, captions, and deadlines). But also have freedom for your ideas and imagination.
• Edit and animate short and mid-form ads (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Apply motion design to captions, product UI, screen recordings, and transitions.
• Maintain consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Receive feedback quickly and iterate based on what’s working.
• Collaborate via Monday.com and quick video calls when needed ( hopefully rarely ;) )

What we need from you

• 3+ years of video editing and motion design experience.
• A strong portfolio of performance video ads, ideally for B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience editing for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Expert knowledge of:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • AI video tools: Google VEO, Meta’s video generator, and HEDRA
• Deep understanding of:
  • Video performance metrics like - CTR, CPA, Hold rate, thumb-stop rate
  • Video tempo and structure in short and mid-form
  • Using VFX and SFX to keep attention
  • What makes users click, convert, and book demos
  • Safe zones for TikTok/Meta (keep CTA, captions, and key visuals visible).
• Excellent time management and ability to hit deadlines without hand-holding.
• Fluent English and confident receiving briefs and feedback in English.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration, async workflows, and structured feedback.
