Job summary

Al Habtour Realty is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our on-site content team in Dubai. You will craft short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, adding VFX, captions, SFX, and B-roll to make each edit pop.

Collaborate with our design team to translate scripts into engaging visuals, while maintaining a fast, weekly production cycle. We value a strong portfolio of vertical video work, a keen sense of pacing and trends, and the ability to take feedback and revise quickly under tight

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form video for social platforms (Reels/TikTok).
• Strong eye for pacing, trends, and platform-native edits.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and meet weekly deadlines.

Responsibilities

Al Habtour Realty has been shaping Dubai's real estate market since 1993. As we grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, we're looking for a Video Editor to join our content team.

Position: Full-time, on-site Oud Metha, Dubai

Availability: Able to join immediately (October 1)

What you'll do:

Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks) from raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping videos

Work closely with our content and design team to bring scripts and briefs to life

Add VFX, captions, on-screen text, SFX, and B-roll to elevate every edit

Handle motion graphics, text overlays, and data visualizations for market-focused content

Turn around content on a weekly production schedule, hitting deadlines without compromising quality

What we're looking for:

Able to join immediately (October 1)

A strong creative eye you know how to pace a cut, pick the right beat drop, and make a video feel native to the platform, not just technically correct

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and/or After Effects

Strong portfolio in short-form vertical video editing (Reels/TikTok specifically, not just long-form)

Skilled in VFX, captions/subtitles, SFX, and sourcing or cutting B-roll

Comfortable with motion graphics, text animation, and basic color grading

An eye for current trends, sounds, and formats you're the kind of person who already knows what's trending before we ask

Sharp attention to detail and pacing

Comfortable taking feedback and revising quickly

Reliable under deadline pressure our content runs on a fixed weekly schedule, and late delivery holds up the entire pipeline, so time management isn't optional, it's core to the role

Bonus: experience with real estate, finance, or other data-heavy content

Able to work on-site in Dubai
