Job summary

GI Properties, a premier Dubai real estate broker, seeks a dynamic Arabic-speaking Video Editor to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content. You will edit up to five daily videos for reels and shorts, applying modern post-production techniques and Arabic captions.

You will work on-site at Sheikh Zayed Road, collaborating with marketing, videography, and social media teams to craft engaging, GCC-focused content that drives leads.

Qualifications

• Edit up to 5 short-form videos daily (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs).
• Craft engaging Arabic captions and voiceover syncing.
• Coordinate with marketing team to plan hooks and storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Apply color correction, motion graphics, and sound design for social media.

About Us

GI Properties is a premier real estate brokerage in Dubai, expanding its in-house production team. We are seeking a high-energy, creative Arabic-Speaking Video Editor at our Sheikh Zayed Road office who can transform raw footage into captivating, scroll-stopping content that drives real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Content Delivery: Edit up to 5 short-form videos daily (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and property walkthroughs) with sharp cuts, fast pacing, and strong visual retention.

Creative Post-Production: Build modern, high-impact edits using kinetic typography, graphic overlays, seamless transitions, color correction, and sound design tailored for social media algorithms.

Arabic Content Localization: Craft engaging Arabic captions, voiceover syncing, and visual messaging optimized for local and regional GCC audiences.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing strategists, videographers, and social media team to plan content hooks, storyboard concepts, and keep digital assets organized.

Trend Adaptation: Keep a pulse on trending audio, viral video formats, and cutting-edge post-production styles in the real estate space.

Candidate Requirements

Immediate Joiner: Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately or on short notice.

Portfolio Required: A strong showreel or portfolio showcasing fast-paced, high-quality video editing (real estate or luxury lifestyle content preferred).

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.

High-Volume Output: Proven ability to hit daily production targets (5 videos/day) while keeping quality consistent.

Location: Currently based in Dubai and available to work on-site on Sheikh Zayed Road.

What We Offer

Fixed monthly salary of AED 5,000.

Standard 5-day workweek with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
