Driven Properties is seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Producer to take full ownership of high-end video production projects that reflect the luxury and professionalism of our brand. This role is ideal for someone experienced in directing, editing, and producing impactful content independently, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of various video projects—from concept to delivery—including scripting support, shoot direction, editing, and final output. The content will serve both internal and external audiences and must meet the highest creative and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage video production end-to-end, from ideation to final cut
  
• Edit video content professionally using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  
• Direct videographers and crews to ensure alignment with the brand’s tone, style, and luxury positioning
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate messaging and efficient workflow
  
• Create a variety of content types including corporate, marketing, educational, recruitment, and social media videos
  
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and premium quality across all video materials
  
• Handle post-production including colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles

• 3+ years of professional video production and editing experience
• Demonstrated ability to own and run video projects independently
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience directing on set and communicating with creative teams
• Strong eye for storytelling, visual detail, and brand consistency
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience creating content for luxury, real estate, or lifestyle industries is a plus
